@fgrogan -- Hey, eating watermelon and boiling garlic then drinking the water helps to regulate your BP level. Also, if you find it where you live, try boiling bread-fruit leaves (you can google it) and drinking it as well. I'm not sure if you'll find it where you live because I live in the Caribbean. My mom used these after 5 miscarriages. The meds they put her on did not help her blood pressure.

Look at Bobby!!

Aw, super cute baby!

Elevated blood pressure causes the hair to fall out too.

the way i dealt with postpartum shedding is crunching about 3 prenatal pills up and putting it into my shampoo..not to many if your pills smell bad. And also drink water..even though I breastfed my daughter a little over a year I didnt see shedding until I cut my hair which was when she was about 5 months. Now im on my own hair journey thanks to you!

After my daughter I felt like i was about to go completely bald.
What made you stop breastfeeding?

@Priyncesz My blood pressure has been through the roof since I gave birth. We tried to get it down with different meds that don't affect breastfeeding, but since it hasn't helped, we had to go to stronger meds that I can't breastfeed with. I'm still hurt behind that. I breastfed all my children and I wish Robert could've had the same.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF HAVING A C-SECTION LEFT YOU WITH A BAD SCAR?
27Dupree27 1 month ago
@27Dupree27 No, not at all. I wanted dissolvable stitches but he used staples. they removed the staples b4 I was discharged and it looked great 4weeks later. Now I can't really see the scar at all. I'm impressed!

That baby is sooo cute...by the way how is your blood pressure. Did you get it under control!

@MsReneify thank u for asking! Its still high, even with the stronger meds. It's staying around 160's over 105-110 range. I think me losing weight and eating healthier will help it go down.
