@PatrioticFront Gary Franchi was not giving a speech at that time. And no "runs" the Truth movement. Thats the whole point of it. It is comprised of citizens asking questions and taking action on their own. We Are Change is just one example of a leaderless orginization. There is no higharchy of power in the Truth Movement.
