Odds are BO will just move the prisoners and continue on with what the Bush administration was doing with them. The whole attack on Gitmo was nothing but a political maneuver.

I think the Obama admin would rather kill Osama and his followers cause if he captures them him and his admin will come to no choice but to torture given al-Qaida defience. In other words expect to see assasinations increase on the Pakistan border areas.
