The bailouts cost 24 trillion dollars. If we sold that as debt to other countries if would be reflected in the public debt. It was printed out of thin air. Wait till that money hits the economy and tell me why it won't cause hyperinflation like it has every time it has been tried in history.

xwarnomor..i suppose u would keep the failed policies (tax cuts for rich & no govt regulation) of GWB that started this recession?.it is up to the govt to spend with the $787B stimulus bill to spark the economy..consumers are not spending due to layoffs & low confidence & businesses are not spending due to limited credit b/c of the sub prime wall street fiasco..so that leaves it up to the govt 2 spend 2 spark the economy....only 10% of the stimulus money ahs been spent so far...be patient.

Name something Obama has done that is better than Bush, the things he has done the same as Bush and compare that with the things he has done worse than Bush. Some change. Bush only bankrupted us by borrowing money. Obama is borrowing money and monetizing debt. How has that worked out everytime it has been tried in history?

Democrats are doing a great job at thinking for themselves. They elected a president who is worse than Bush and still give him high approval ratings. Democrats have enough power to deliver on all their promises but the people who voted for them accept excuses. Fucking scary. If there are that many stupid people in this country we are doomed.

More proof that those "in the club" don't pay for their crimes. Fucking corrupt system! "Zeitgeist" has it SO right! What can those of us "outside the club", us slaves in this unfair system, really do about it? The fucks inside control the cops and soldiers that enforce their rules! The only thing I can think of, short of violent revolution, is a worldwide strike. Simply don't do any more work for the rich and powerful elite fucks until they play by FAIR rules that apply to ALL -- them included!
