Home made video of The Smiths' Unhappy Birthday, from their last studio album, Strangeways here we come (1987). Mixes video clips from Pregnant for the last time, Boy Racer and Suedehead with Bernard Manning's pastiche on The Last Resort show, Morrissey's cameo in the Brookside spinoff South and some stills. Originally made for a friend's 40th birthday, but uploaded with a more appropriate file name to see how many hits it generates in comparison (I suspect a lot more). Personal plea to Moz - please seek out Rick Rubin to reinvigorate your career. Did wonders for Johnny Cash and could for you; live shows and releases have not been up to scratch since YATQ imo, and I've been with you from the very start.

The Brookside 'soap bubble', South, in which Damon Grant is killed off. This bit is where the delectable Tracey Corkhill is at London's Capital Radio, and bumps into Moz (as you would). Moz clearly a fan of Stanislovsky; first rate method acting going on here :D
