National Australia Bank meets with lawyer

I put this little movie together so people can know how I imagine the meeting went when the lawyer met with the National Australia Bank manager to discuss our case. Sorry about the language but ,hey, those are the words my head uses whenever I think of them. Since I also think of them as being more like the mafia I guess I had to use credible language hahahaha. But seriously, the stuff I have the lawyer say about what the bank knew did come from their own 'secret' documents, the ones they don't tell you about, the ones that show how they concluded that you could afford the loan they've approved. What I thought they approved the loan on and the criteria they actually used were not compatible with my best interests. Had I seen the document the lawyer refers to in this little movie there is NO WAY ON EARTH I would ever have accepted the loan. But that's their dirty little secret. The document was attached to our loan contract in the affidavit the bank lodged for Summary Judgement, I guess the Judge read it and knew what it meant so he told us to sue them for damages.

3rd Jan 2011 - I should really update this thing; when I did it I had no idea just how well-oiled the NAB legal machine really is - this is NOT how this meeting would have gone, hhhmmm, maybe I'll do another one? Stay tuned lol

I hope you like my first effort at making a movie - I know no-ones gonna watch it or pay attention to it but what the hey, you gotta have a go at getting the message out don't you. At least I know I tried to inform people about how the bank got us so that they can't get anyone else. And once again, sorry about the swearing (but I'm still pretty sure that's how this meeting went lols)
