I did this flight starting from Toronto stopping over in Vancouver then to Sydney then changed planes and finally arrived in Perth 25 hours later.

ya I haven't seen any drastic changes towards its airfares and I never seen anything lower than $1,000 US lately.

Its not really Air Canada itself, but the management. They'd just complain to the Government every time they encounter serious competition, not bothering to increase service standards or lower ticket prices
