I've been hit by 277 volts before. BOY DID THAT HURT!!!!! OPened the junction box and VOILA! SPAGHETTI WIRES! I think it wa sthewhite wire that I got hit by.

Good idea on the heater, funny you will work in a live breaker box, but you won't work on 220v live.

Oh here is a bad story I was working for KW a UPS and generator company I was working on a 400 HZ generator and the glass breaker blew up in my face sent a fireball in my face lucky I had glasses on and I fell against the 400hz 440 volt line it knocked me 20 feet and blinded me for a week . It was in 1995 and doctor said I will have nerve problems later in life and yes he was right but the company I was working for went bankrupt so no coverage
