Hank C. Burnette - "Hip Shakin' Mama"

Here's my version of Jackie Lee "Jack The Cat" Cochran's old '56 Sims label bopper again! As you may recall I did in fact upload this one several months back as part of my 3 Frostie videos (the world famous hot rockin' cockatoo with a dance routine that almost makes you seasick if you watch it too long...terrific birdie!!), but deleted it as I got a copyright infringement message backstabbed at me from the owners of Frostie, which came as a real surprise to me as they had previously allowed me to use this amazing bird in a few of my vids...but what the heck, that's history now, so..."Hip Shakin' Mama" was the flip side of Jackie Cochran's "Riverside Jump", which I have also uploaded my version of here on YT! So, to keep the circle unbroken, I hope you'll like my humble effort of makin' justice to this 'oldie but goodie', which I cut sometime in the '70s (don't ask me for any specific date, cause I have never ever made any recording notes on any of the stuff I've ever recorded! I'm working strictly from memory and the fact that I always can here what guitars I'm using on any specific track! On this one it's my old Hagström 'plank' from 1960, which means it's a recording made before I signed with the UK Sonet label in '74!).
