March 7th, 2012: Jewel value updated.
Still can't find the scrambler though. Oh well.
Bejeweled Blitz cheat (or hack... or whatever you wanna call it). You'll need the HxD hex editor which you can get from cnet.com (it's free). I know for sure this works for IE8, IE9 and Firefox 3.6.
Note: If you see this video under another YouTube username then it has been stolen... those bastards.
1) Load the game but don't click play yet.
2) Open HxD
3) Press Shift+Ctrl+R to open the "Open main memory (RAM)" window...
IE8 and IE9 users select the top "iexplore.exe." (Assuming you only have one window open, see "Having Trouble?" at the bottom.)
Firefox users select "plugin-container.exe."
Click "Ok."
4) Press Ctrl+R to open the "Replace" window. Enter the following...
Search for: 60 0C 66 CF 07 66 0F
Replace with: 24 0X 02 02 02 02 02 (replace X with 6, 5, 4, or 3)
Datatype: Hex-values
Search direction: All
5) Click "Replace all" then click "Ok" on the pop-up.
(Scrambler (optional):
Same as above but enter...
Search for: ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??
Replace with: ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ??)
6) Press Ctrl+S to save (just click "Yes" on the pop-up). Now exit HxD.
7) Play and have fun. :)

A few things you should know...
1) I did not discover this, I'm just showing how.
2) Everytime there's an update to the game, the hex-values change (I'll try to update them ASAP).
3) If you leave the page, you'll have to redo the process.
4) If you change the number of jewels to 3, the Last Hurrah will go on for a long time (sometimes almost an hour). But it will eventually stop one of two ways: 1) It actually stops or 2) Your browser freezes. :)
5) The scrambler cheat (or hack) allows you to use it an infinite amount of times but after 3 games you'll have to buy it again. Just don't constantly click it over and over again or the browser will freeze.
6) Don't bother posting the replay, it won't work.

Having trouble?...
IE8: Close all other windows and tabs. With only one window open, 2 "iexplore.exe" appear. Choose the top one.
If you have more than one window/tab open, the "iexplore.exe's" appear in order. So with, say, 2 windows/tabs open, 3 will appear. It's just a matter of knowing which one contains the Bejeweled game.
Firefox 3.6: I haven't fiddled around yet, so I'll update this part later.
new code needed again, thanks
