you just have to kill those tomikichis once per level and you'll get the achievement regardless of what difficulties you killed them on.

I love Tenchu, i still play 1 and 2 often, this one looks just nice...
But seems like the char is soo...hm.... ninja, makes the games very easy, isn't it ?

@OriginalRatoly I know this is an old comment but still. I prefer to keep my blow gun ammo for later in the game, this mission is really easy anyway.
