No you can use any eyeshadow color that matches the color of your eyebrows. Christian Dior has a eyebrow kit that comes with brush, eyeshadow color, 3 stencils.

You can find the kit on Amazon for 10-12 dollars.

This is a good tutorial but i would recommend using the stencil and translucent powder , the powder leaves a copy of the stencil on the face and allows you to go over with either a pencil or powder. The you brush away excess powder with facial brush. Its mistake pretty mistake proof and sets the brows better .

Thanks so much!! I had really thick and beautiful eyebrows before but some lady at this place butchered them....I used to not have to paint them at all but until they grow back, I'll have to.

iv tryed to draw eyebrows with black eyeshadows that arent for eyebrows and with out the pencils i think its the same effects but not exatctly the same afcors ur way is better and more pro .
