Retail, You Take Yourself Way Too Serious! SMH

Sorry about the lagging. Idk how to stop it. Also sorry I was rushing, but my first 10 tries were too large in size to be uploaded, and this barely made the limit (2GB). The original was sooo much better (detailed and much more entertaining), but I had to make it smaller. smh lol Anyway, I'm just LEXpressing my views on retail's hiring process and how they take themselves waaaaaaaay too serious. This is true story, an actual LEXperience of mine.

That's the worst question: "Why do you want to work here?"

My reason is due to the fact that I need money while I am in college, but they don't want to hear that. They want to hear you say how wonderful the store is compared to the other stores. I just BS my way through that question and tell them "Well, I shop here quite often. I love how clean the store is, the merchandise you have, and the employees treat the customers really well. I like that and want to be a part of that." Total BS haha
