St. Paul, MN - Watch as the GOP faithful go orgasmic over the prospect of giving away more oil fields to Exxon.

But don't be surprised if they fail to do any drilling any time soon. Oil supply and profits are just about perfect, thank you very much.

Rudy Giuliani, John McCain and Sarah Palin will not mention that, of course. Nor will they mention that their ticket is bought and paid for by big oil.

This video has obviously been edited for effect. Link below if you would like to see raw footage. It's just as scary, if not more so. http://pdxk.com/media/rnc-giuliani-drill-baby-drill.mov

Download and make your very own "Drill-Baby-Drill" mash up. It's fun AND frightening!

  • 1 /2 Obama stop offshore drilling until it was reinstated. This could cause a $5 a gallon increase, because we would grow dependent upon foreign nations we are not allies with in order to provide our oil. Cap and Trade (American Power Act) would increase gas prices increase by $2.58 a gallon according to George C. Marshall Institute& taxes on the average household up to $3200 according to the RNC Foreign countries price gouge w/ gas prices to $10/gal!.

  • 1/2 @Angellicationify we are dependent on foreign nations for most of our oil. Offshore oil drilling barely alleviates that and does not solve that problem in the long run and regardless of what you want to believe about climate change there are other environmental costs and risks associated with drilling. Let's never forget the 2010 spill. Many of the costs and damages will never be recouped by the American taxpayer or other industries that suffered as a result.

  • 2/2 @Angellicationify Let's talk common ground here. What do you think of the massive subsidies to the oil industry and the US motorway system? (Gas taxes only cover a fraction of the road costs). Ending those subsidies and the higher cost per gal. would necessitate investment in cleaner/domestic energy and in denser communities (without it being federally mandated). Our oil addiction IS govt. subsidized & the taxpayer is picking up the hidden costs of war, obesity, pollution & instability.

  • Drill baby drill? I have a wild idea. Lets power our crap on something else. Like... Electricty. We still need oil yes, For things like everything made of plastic, lubricants, asphalt, paints... But with over 100 million registered cars in the u.s. alone suddenly we wont need to "Drill baby Drill" as much.

  • @cougarsstudios Absolutely, but we also need to move as much as possible to renewables so "drill baby drill" isn't repalced by "mine baby mine".

  • This is so lame. I have to like it though because it's that lame.

  • @cougarsstudios How about we also limit our dependency on oil for things that are say, useless! I think Japan tried to get us in on that but we, "Nope!"

  • @86THECRITIC No, the GOV'T's average is 10%(BTW Obummer PROMISED it wouldn't go above 8% if we passed his sttealfromus package, that they just admitted was a TOTAL FAILURE). The REAL unemployment rate is around 14% my friend b/c they're not counting those who's unemployment has run out or those who've stopped looking for a job. That is a 25% increase from when Obama took office.

Really?? When gas went up under Bush, IT WAS ALL HIS FAULT! LMAO!

NO douche, Obama ALONE has quadrupled the debt!

  • @falcondriver100 Unemployment average is 9%. Gas is doubled, but Politicians have little to do with it. Millions have lost thier homes because the housing bubble collapsed a long time ago... National debt has quadrupled because of Bush wars and tax cuts that went straight to the debt. Any questions?

  • @fredreardon Still feel that way now dipshit?? Now after unemployment is up 25%, gasoline has doubled, millions have lost thier homes, National dept has been quadrupled & middle class jobs are slated for HISTORY, ALL since Obama took the reigns?? Hows that "HOPE & CHANGE" working for ya genius?? Only idiots in this Country are called Democrats! You morons vote for a totally unqualified, unknown idiot to be our President based on a fucking SLOGAN! I-D-I-O-T-S!!!!!!!

  • @666bushisnazi666 DIdn't work out for ya very well huh? LMAO! Largest loss for a political party in 86 years! Hahahaha! Maybe if you morons would have listened to us, we wouldn't be paying $4 a fucking gallon so some muslims can build another palace! Democrats = fucking idiots!

  • this guy and his campaign are completely fueled by his own ego and corporation. "this is the kind of change that will create growth, jobs and prosperity." i guess no one gives a fuck about the well being of the earth any more.

  • @666bushisnazi666 or we could just get rid of the corrupted 2 party system and think for ourselves

  • Implying hydrogen, fucking retards. RNC=Rich Narcasist Chanting

  • @oppositereaction

Well you're the idiots who let these Republicans get elected morons. You can send Nancy Pelousy, King Obama, and Hairy Reed a thank you letter for that. So far these new Republicans have done fairly well but I am extremely disappointed that they have not cut more money from our budget.
