The singer can be sued if caught singing this song at any other time other than between the dates of May 26 through the 31st. Sorry, I'm an attorney that's been out of work in a slow economy, I need to sue someone over something.Maybe I can go after the band for playing the song at the wrong time of the year and causing me to check my calender so much I have"calender elbow".Naw,I'll just get a job at Walmart and get some sort of workmans comp when I throw my back out as a greeter.

From what I gather, the way they play it now is more rock than blues ballad. It misses the sadness of the original IMHO.

As the others have said, this is about a drug deal gone bad, but that shouldn't exclude the fact that that kinda stuff goes on in HS.
Your video is not stupid...just listen to the lyrics as well as the guitar!!!
