This is a video clip of Queens college Women's Basketball team's Conditioning session. The main drill for this day was the resisted dribbling with superband. I also use a lot of agility ladders and other drills to make their footwork better to become more agile. Medicine ball circuits are used during the middle to teach triple extension, Hip rotation used during various movements, etc. The stadiums are short in duration and it really brings the girls together as a team to finish the session
