Ok I found a video with vanille's tattoo at a closer look. Type in: FINAL FANTASY XIII- VANILLE cutscene Raw HD. it will show the tattoo as it lights up. This is why Fang said "You still have time."

Ok all you folks out there that are judging without seeing beyond look closely at 00:23 seconds and you will notice a tattoo on Vanille's leg similar to the one that Fang has. Fang was looking at the TATTOO!

Actually...we don't greet by boob touching here in Australia... hahahaha. I think the reason for the glitch in the graphics is because Fang's original character design was supposed to be a male; so the graphics for that wouldn't have been inappropriate, I guess they just never got around to changing them...
One hopes, anyway hahaha.
