  • Hi, I'm 17 and have just started getting into intense training for muscle, I want to try and make sure my technique is right so I can avoid damage. Some people say not to drop your elbows behind your chest when doing barbell/dumbells because of the tension on the front of your delts....What are your views? You look like you've done alright.

  • It looks like you dont do the full exs. But your body looks great! Everyone always says you need to do it neat. I think you raffle, but the result is great. Do you always go for heavy and untidy or is this just for the vid? Don't take this bad because i hope to become as massive as you are, but my shoulders prevent big motions

    thnx for the video.i hv a question here.i hv bn training now like 2 yrs.i hv got very good shoulders and arms.but my chest is very small as compared to my arms.although my back is very wide and in a good shape too.so it does not look very nice.i hv tried each and every good exercise but nothing worked.any advise.i,ll be very thanfull.

  • @m3g1 i prefer doing triceps after back training, that way you can put more into it, chest days i do followed by biceps.
