READ THIS FIRST:
Any major Doctor Who fan will know that when the children in need episode came out on the series 2 boxset, the background music and the introduction was different to the broadcast version.

It was suggested that I attempt to rescore the dvd version (without the cin titles like the phone number) with the music and sound from the original broadcast, which is much better.

This was a tricky job so please don't expect it to be perfect but still.

  • Ok, it's a bit dodgy at the very beginning but it's perfect at least after the opening titles

  • Just thought you should be aware that Ben Foster is not the artist of the theme, only the orchestral conductor. Murray Gold is the composer.

  • how were you able to just extract the dialogue/sound effects from the dvd, so that you can add different music to scene? Thanks for any help!

  • They should have showed this in the original series

  • i think the dr played by david tennant was the best !!!!!!!
