Im not sure if Tom is actually in this video, but he did perform on Aled's album entitled "Aled" from which this track is taken, so I guess it is a possibility.

There aren´t many songs where the instrumental music really reflects the divinity and depth of the lyrics... Just looked up the lyrics, you guys should do the same; what he and the boys sing is so beautiful. This makes the song so much better.
