Power and strength derive from legs to hips. Hence legs strength is very important in kung fu training. Kung fu training without strength is not kung fu. Even when performing softness, and within its also hidden great strength...
Here I also showed the softness of Crane, within its flowing movements hidden much strength.

  • Great vid Master

  • Learning this form Master Chau from you personally is truly a treasure. Your drills where we constantly perform section by section for many minutes is well worth it. I can truly appreciate as I am sure the rest of my fellow students do as well the power and grace this form has. Many thanks Sifu for you generosity.
