I'm not a pro or anything, but just thought I'd put up some of my artwork I've done most recently for those who are interested. I wish I had the YouTube video tutorials saved so I could credit those whose videos I used to draw some of these.

I never could draw things based on memory so everything here was done by looking at images/videos. If I didn't have them in front of me, these things would look a lot different.

I don't need criticism because I draw for my own pleasure and not to get better. What you see is what you get, no matter the quality.

Original song was a tune off The Lost Boys soundtrack, but it was removed, so the replacing song is "Air On G" by Bach Music Box.

  • This is very good. You draw in so many styles. Even if you don't pursue art, I still think you're very talented. I can only vary a little from my original style, which drives my art teacher nuts when she tries to get me to try a style completely differant than my own. XP

  • Aw, thank you. I wish I had more time in art class in high school, but I went into the work program and could only take the required classes I needed to graduate. Had to quit my art class. Too bad I couldn't have traded gym class for art, haha!

  • Wow amazing art work could"t draw better and you work at your own art store.

  • Thanks. :-) I work at an art store? I wish I had known that. LOL! I actually work cleaning an office.

  • Great artwork! I love the mountains and trees one and also chirp, peep and quack! It's all really good - do mooooooore!!

  • Aw, thank you. :-)

  • Thanks for the fave! I wish I would have stuck to art and kept at it more steadily. I end up getting bored of one thing so I can't draw more than one of something without feeling the need to move on before I've even come close to mastering it, lol!

  • This is going in my favourites. You have exposed a hidden talent.

  • Aw, thanks for watching (and for the kind words).

  • Fantastic! Talented!

  • (Sorry I keep posting on my other name. Too lazy to log out and back in.)

The bamboo was pretty much a one (well, two) time thing. I don't really have patience for things so if I can't get it looking semi-decent the first try, I tend to give up. I mainly just draw when I feel inspired, which isn't too often, and just for fun.

I always liked bamboo. Our neighbour has it in his back yard and I love how it sways in the breeze and houses little critters. It's so pretty.

  • Do you still persue Chinese Arts???? What attracted you to paint bamboo??

    I am quite curious. :o)
