A performance of ""El Humahuaqueño"l" by The Peruvian Trio at a Haiti Relief Benefit at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in Charleston, W.Va., on Jan. 24, 2010. Featuring Dorian Giovanni Talledo on guitar and voice, Jorge Augusto Talledo on charango and voice and Marylin McKeown on percussion.
Very well performed. The only problem is that El Humahuaqueño is a song from Argentina, having basis in the Quebrada de Humahuaca, in Jujuy. Who understands the lyrics will notice that they refer to la quebrada de Humahuaca. Quebradeño me lo dicen porque nasci en la quebrada. Quebradeño, Humahuaqueñito. They call me the Quebradeño because I was born on the Quebrada . I am a little Humahuaqueno son.
