The new ng hho cell. The gap 2mm.Look like the gap is dirrectly relation with the amp comsuption and the hho production. The cell with 1mm will be constructed soon. The cell will be bridge connected, like this one.a second bridge will be add.The 1/4 wire cover,(in these case bolt cover)I buyed in advance auto part.More test when my car is fix,I will continue to prepare the new cell.note1:the iron bolt are neutral and these cause poor performance because it limit the amp that goes trow the cell I going to replacement with wood or plastic.

  • Try Sodium Acetate as the electrolyte (baking soda + white vinegar), you'll see a considerable increase in HHO production. I built a double-helix SS316 wire electrode too, and it was not making much HHO until I finally came up with the right electrolyte mix. Spacing is also very important, as you saw as well. It seems that once wires are farther apart more than 5 mm the production goes down. The closer the better :)

  • Thanks for the tip I will check that out.

  • What metal is supporting the coil. I need a metal that doesn't conduct electricity.

  • 5/16 iron bolts cover with electrical plastic car wire heat insulator, you also can wrap electrical tape on the bolt inside the plastic cover to doble protect, but the perfect material is a plastic bolt and nut.

  • wires closer together=more amp consumption?

    more amps=higher hho output?

  • I think the cell have to many neutral. How the neutral affect the ecuation?,but I have to test futher.
