@matthew00123 Except that the mailing he sent wasn't a proper response to the court (Finke, "John Besser: Co. Attorney Finke Covers Up For Stafsholt", parts 1-3). When conversing with the court, one must answer with statements, not questions like Besser did. In the letter he didn't answer any of the claims or provide evidence showing they were false. Additionally, that mailing was about a credit card debt, not his home and it was with a different judge.

It will take a better argument.

@matthew00123 So the fact Besser was defaulting on his loans has nothing to do with him loosing the property? I fail to see how the finances were handled at the banks had anything to do with Besser paying his mortgage payments or not.

I'd like you to explain to me how the judge was a criminal since you only seem content with asking rhetorical questions while thinking they are fact. I've explained my reasoning for thinking he's not.

@matthew00123 How was the judge a criminal? Besser tried to arrest him for actions taken by another and has failed to make a connection except for that they are both judges in the 8th circuit.

Has Besser refuted the claims Freddie Mac made on the property? No, he continues to assert that Bremer was the holder of the mortgage and refuses to understand that mortgages are bought and sold regularly.

Additionally, he fails to address the second mortgage that was taken out on the property.
