This character is Ruka Minazuki from Fatal Frame IV: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse (Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen). This Wii game has a Zero Suit Samus suit she can wear. Good on you, Tecmo. It'd be nice if they gave the DOA cast buttocks jiggle for a change.
