@crazykarimo89 Then if you did get the meaning of his words i don't understand what is the problem.That poor countries in most cases don't even have stadiums or any other real football facilities, there is a diffrence in playing for semi-weak national team like Ryan Giggs for Wales for example and some 3rd world country who can barely pay coach to gather a team.
