  • make sure to really grind those wrists its extremely important to get that good workout for your wrists, see, they are joints thats why you wanna get them to work as much as possible so youll have healthy wrists your entire life. also, its important to do forearm workouts, those muscles dont tend to grow properly when you dont. every serious bodybuilder has a forearm day doing 30-60reps to get that lactate into your muscle and not stimulate for growth

  • sibiuz4life;no,your right,they suck.i have a blacksmith who is hooking me me up with a couple of real anvils with custom handles.also,one end will be a little longer than normal to affect balance.they weigh approxitmely 240-250lbs each.blood and sweat baby!i have some great tips and seldom used ideas for brutal forearm training.leave a comment if you need help of any kind.
