  • @SirWhite1994 Go see a pyshio before you snap your arm.

  • Guys, if your joints start to crack it could be caused from a few things.

you didnt warm up with low weights, your body isnt use to weighted exercises(in this case itll go away soon enough), and maybe your diet just isnt up to par. You shouldn't really worry about it unless it starts to hurt. Then just ask your Dr on the next annual.

  • @SirWhite1994 you are probably locking your elbow or working with a weight that is too heavy for you. Don't make your elbow straight

  • Lol @ 'tricep muscle' need I say more?

  • @DoctorBasketball would you prefer 9/10?

  • 7/8 of the way up? Let me find my protractor...

  • Combination of Ben Affleck and Scott Adkins.

  • @SirWhite1994 I have that same problem in my wrists. When I do forearm curls my wrists do nice clicks.

  • @SirWhite1994 its natural. its just the bone grinding on the pivot ball

  • @SirWhite1994 ask a doctor
