Some more Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier shenanigans. Several kinds of riffs so you can get an idea of how palm mute chugging, chords, and note-y stuff sounds like. This is my LTD EX-400BD Explorer with hotrodded EMGs direct into Channel 2, using only an iSP Decimator. No eq pedal or tube screamer. Settings are:
Presence 7 oclock
Master 1 oclock
Gain GTFO
Bass 12 oclock
Mid 7 oclock
Treble 2 oclock
Bold Power
Silicon Diode Rectifier

Thanks man. I run it in front of the amp, like so: tuner-tube screamer-compressor-isp.

It has more volume than you'll ever need. My drummer friend asked me to turn it down the first time I jammed with it, and the master was only set to about 40%. The bass is very punchy when set at 2 o'clock. I'll max it and get back to you.

heavy tone :D this thing seems fucking loud.. i'm planning to get a dual rectifier which has the same tone (i think) but "only" 100w. a question: if you set the basses to max and tune in B or A, does palm muting sound like a punch in the stomach? it's the effects i'm looking for

Thank you sir. I've had the thing for almost a year, and I'm constantly dicking around with the sound. This amp is a beast.
