UFO Columbia

Very hazy video from Columbia shuttle.
Voices sound genuine but image hard to work out. The text at the end says :
"The shuttle and the tether are aprox 80 miles apart. How come 'debris' passing in the forground can pass behind the tether?"

It then says NASA won't make this footage available to media
