I assure you the cow does not fare well from having a dead fetus rotting inside it. This is doing it a favour. Imagine a human surgeon smiling while removing a malign tumor from a person, would that be so bad? :)

Thats called fetotomy and its a good job tho. how did you understand the fetus was dead and has any complications occured on the cow
