@NanaKirae actually that's wrong. Don't listen to "HachimitsuBoy85". Eana Kim (who produces BEG's music) said herself that it's pretty straight forward, just as you see it. As you can tell, the younger sister is visually impaired. All the characters in the music video lack something, but Han Bo Bae only lacks not being able to see. However she is the most healthy in heart out of the three.

I think the younger, blind, sister really loves her unni, and wants to be like her; that's why she's wearing that makeup. However, the older sister thinks she wants to seduce her husband, and really; blind sisters, no matter how sweet, are kind of a burden. They take a lot of energy, so the older sister just suddenly feels all her anger come up and gets crazy. Then she sees what she is doing, and well, we all know how that feels..
