I watched this film long ago (about 9/10 years) and when I saw the ending last night, it affected me the same way that it did before. I recommend you watch the film again just to see Brad Pitt and Kevin Spacey's best performance.

  • this is the most intense ending ever in a move the buildup to it is incredible. it liked how john doe was such a heinous killer that looked like an oridinary person. he was in handcuffs and helpless but he disected detective mills with words. pure evil and the name john doe applys to anyone as you walk through the daily sea of people which one is the serial killer. which pair of eyes is targeting you.

  • Every time I watch this movie I'm hoping for Brad Pitt not to shoot the killer, it would've been worst for the killer to stay alive. Maybe a good little shoot in the balls or leg. Amazing ending though.

  • @TheIvan333 I am surprised that he had not made him suffer before. I would have.

  • @CIEGE1000 lol you've clearly never lost anyone dear to you fortunately, less of a reaction is more of a reaction in this circumstances, whenever you see a parent or lover breakdown within 5 seconds of hearing information they would refuse to believe in a movie or a tv show, what do you know about 'portraying grief'? is the whole last 3 minutes him not on the verge of total fuckin insanity? LOL this is 3 incredible actors putting in the performance of there lifetimes

  • @ZEITGEISTism lol...im not talking from personal experience, just pure logic. If i don't "know shit", then I'm not the only one in here.

  • @CIEGE1000 can't argue with that one

  • @TheKantrius you're right. i am overly critical. however a movie is nothing more than the some of its parts, and one of those parts is brad pitt acting like he has diarrhea instead of finding out his wife has been murdered.

  • @TheKantrius

And you are indeed an imbecile ( & an arrogant one at that). How the hell would you know "most killers win and wont get caught " ? Are you talking from personal experience ? DO TELL oh wise one !

    PS

If ur not talking from personal experience then you dont know shit ! so......shut the fuck up !

  • @ZEITGEISTism softan is indeed right...ur ignorant. mostly killers win, and won´t get caught

  • @CIEGE1000 "not completely" make it sound like its `partly´ his fault. and like u would know anything bout that. just enjoy the awesome movie

  • can brad pitt say anything other than "oh god"? its not completely his fault cause he didn't write the lines, but seriously that just ruins the whole scene for me. he sounds like an arrogant hollywood actor who has no concept of how to portray grief and loss.

  • We've got a box!!!
