  • HIT TRAINING WORKS, B U T (!) IT HAS TO BE COMBINED WITH FAIRLY FREQUENT APPROACH. A MUSCLE SHOULD BE WORKED ABOUT 2 TIMES PER WEEK, OR IT WILL JUST GO BACK TO ITS STATE PRIOR TO THE WORKOUT. WORK HARD, WORK PROPER AND DO IT FREQUENTLY ( TRY THE ORIGINAL YATES REGIMEN; A,B,A B,A,B OVER 14 DAYS), OR YOU SHALL LOOK LIKE THE GUY IN THIS PRESENTATION.
