The Broken Doll part 2 (sort of): Aerial Angels at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

The story is that the curly hair blond died (white dress) and the insane doctor operated on her (in front of us), replacing he heart with a windup clock. Hence the jerky (or precise) movements that she made in the earlier scene. This is her, without the wig, which is why her hair is different.

The Aerial Angels are a trapeze, acrobatic, bullwhip, fire-eating, contortion, hula hooping, straitjacket escaping performance group based out of Kalamazoo, MI.
