http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this is a GREAT exercise for building triceps using just bodyweight. You'll go from a bodyweight extension to a close-grip push-up - back and forth between the two. You can set your feet or knees on the ground to decrease the resistance. Very effective!

  • That's just wearing you out bro.. you want the best tricep workout do it with a straight bar jumping over push off like your doing dips and then go under the rock and back up the bar and push off. 30reps

  • exactly! It's pretty much a bodyweight version of that exact exercise.

  • very similar to skull crushers! nice improvisation it will come in handy!
