http://www.powerfultrainingsecrets.com - this is a GREAT exercise for building triceps using just bodyweight. You'll go from a bodyweight extension to a close-grip push-up - back and forth between the two. You can set your feet or knees on the ground to decrease the resistance. Very effective!

That's just wearing you out bro.. you want the best tricep workout do it with a straight bar jumping over push off like your doing dips and then go under the rock and back up the bar and push off. 30reps
