Death March Chief Commander Joe Pavlik demonstrates one of his unique ab training exercises: the Inverted Grip Ab Pulldown Crunch (IGAPC).
When performed with correct form, this exercise provides a dual-action upper body/pec/shoulder stretch at the start and throughout the movement, while achieving peak abdominal contraction at the bottom/point of flexion position.
Do not try this at home, this exercise is an advanced movement which if performed incorrectly could result in serious injury.
