Just like there will always be the poor, there will also be the doubters to the very end. And as Christ said, though one rise from the dead some just will not believe.

"you've not used one scripture " Do you truly imagine that such a bald lie will pass un-noticed? Just look at my comments. In fact, in ,y most recent comment I see "Genesis 47:13 - 27 " Buy us and our land for food, and we with our land will be servants to Pharaoh.." " How is this "not using the book"? How is this "not one scripture"? Your delusion is causing you to become a liar. The fruit of your delusion seems to be evil. "For a good tree bringeth not forth corrupt fruit" Luke 6:44

@Imaginefree69 You call me ignorant, and reactionary when speaking about the scriptures, and in our conversation, you've not used one scripture to defend any of your commnents. Maybe before you try to tell me that I have no idea of the "Biblical events recorded in the scriptures" maybe you should attempt to use the scriptures to give backing to the point you're trying to make. Don't come to a Bible based conversation and not use the book central to said conversation. I'm done talking to you

"I'm just made of dust"
That's not even true.
That's one of the earliest lies in the Bible.
The fact is, as evolution predicts,
you are 85% water and a few minerals.
Sea water, in other words.
Nothing "dusty" about you.

onyxone, please change your ways before you become another ignorant, reactionary Westboro Baptist christian.
You have no idea of "the Biblical events recorded in the scriptures."
That comes through loud and clear in your comments.
At least find out what the book says
before attempting to defend it.
You just look foolish when you get it wrong.
Really.
Education dissolves religion.

It's pathetic that Christians rush out with their swords to defend their denominational myths without ever reading the Bible even once without their denominational commentaries. Do you even know WHY the Israelites were in Egypt? because they were STARVING and the Egyptians SAVED them. And how did they become slaves? It was THEIR idea! They sold themselves to the Egyptians! Genesis 47:13 - 27 " Buy us and our land for food, and we with our land will be servants to Pharaoh.."

"His father put thousands of the hebrew infants to death"
That is not true.
It's repeated often by ignorant or deceiving teachers,
but you will never find that in the Bible.
In fact, you won;t find ONE single Hebrew baby
killed by order of Pharaoh.
Not one.
If I'm wrong, let's see the chapter and verse.

"As for me, I shall LET Phar′aohs heart become obstinate"
What version is this?
One of the wonderful things about the Bible
is that there are so many versions out there
that you can always find one to fit your particular denominational preferences.
I decline to play that game.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment. Besides "congealed, " the waters are described as standing "upright as an heap, gathered, laid up in storehouses, walls. " If not ice, what were they? Do you have a scientific explantion for the biblical description? Thanks, Grace

No. I have never lost a child. I can't imagine the pain. So sorry. Consider that Egypt mistreated the Jews for 400 years. God hardens hearts when they pass the point of redemption (Gen. 6:3).. He also later destroyed the Jews in the wilderness due to unbelief.. Ps. 95:7,8
