I have had some very "nutrition conscious" friends offer the advice before that I should try eating more calories or adding more healthy fat, that maybe I was too restrictive calorically etc. but was too apprehensive to try it. Thought I'd balloon up! Anyhow, you got me thinking about it again with your posts and videos.
