  • Very very true, David, lots of great points! here's a method to help with GTD + Microsoft Outlook copy>paste the following into YouTube Search;

    Outlook 2010 tips - "Inbox to Zero"

    Microsoft Outlook is very customizable. Set it up to align to the approach that works best for you e.g. GTD. I used many of the GTD concepts covered in the video I refer to above. You can also use many methods that suit you personally and set up Outlook accordingly.
