Pokémon Emerald - tile error in Mossdeep City!

I found a tile error in the northern part of Mossdeep City, on a rock. There's a strange-looking wall under the rock (I'll get annotations up showing where.)

In other news, I finally got another video recorder. This one works really well!
And - I can finally record the beautiful video game music that accompanies Pokémon Emerald.

You'd be surprised at how much a pain in the ass it is to map games like this... I wouldn't be surprised if there were many errors like this in emerald.
