Yep, just like most F2P games. Except APB has insulting prices on their guns, who is going to shell out money for a obviously failed launch? They still have massive amounts of reported cheating, the match making system is laughable, Punkbuster will crash or generally be a pain, loading times are insane for a game that looks so mediocre with everything maxed, game STILL has crashing bugs, random disconnects.
They've done very little to improve this game.
