If you were a member of the California Army National Guard you'd have been doing some high speed training just like these soldiers! Most soldiers serve only 1 weekend per month and 2 weeks during the summer while pursuing higher education or continuing in their civilian careers. The California Army National Guard offers on the job training in over 160 different careers fields. We pay you to train. Careers range from Cook to Cannon Crewmember. Military Police to Mechanic. Public Affairs to Postal Clerk and everything in between!

The first step to joining is to call me to see if you meet the minimum qualifications. After that the rest is simple:

1. Take the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) Test
2. Choose a job among our over 160 careers.
3. Take a head to toe physical at the MEPS station (Military Entrance Proc. Station)
4. Swear in.
5. Ship to Basic Training sometime within the next year.
6. Take advantage of all the benefits the military has to offer like, VA home loan, College Tuition Assistance, Medical / Dental insurance for you and your family, Job training amd much much more!

Man i'm not National Guard but some of the craziest people i know are. And so are alot of my family. I defend the guard just as much as i do marines. Give em hell gentlemen
