  • @cotaman08 I did... I vaguely knew why I wanted to loose the weight and reach my goals, but when I sat down and put pen to paper, it felt more real and gave it more definition and life to my reasons.

    And when i read it out loud in the video to you all, it really became real and I had a moment there when I thought, shit I am saying this out loud now, I cannot go back on my words once this is uploaded on youtube! lol

  • ooo what kind of green smoothie do you make? I wish I could eat veggies its my EXTREME downfall...Im glad your doing well! :) I think Im going to have to look up those dvds!

  • @knightmarekitty Thanks. My green smoothie is made of fruits and green leaves, usually what i have on hands... But I like the add bananas, frozen mixed berries, bunches of spinach and parsley, with some water and ice cubes! The green smoothie turns brown in color and it looks just like a chocolate smoothie! You can add whatever fruit or green leaves that you prefer really...
