  • Did he point to his thigh and say "Lower leg?"

  • Do 'em wider and lower. You'll hurt your knees if your knee is in front of your toes. He mentions that, but he's still doing it wrong. oO

  • (2/2) - The lunge is a practice of posture to increase mechanic efficiency. Every bend in your legs should be symmetrical - an ideal for which it's apparent "Expert Village" doesn't care. I've said it a few times on other clips: I don't mean to insult, but if this organization wants to hold true to their name, I suggest on behalf of the track & cross country community that they study up so that they don't insult the sport with such a careless demonstration of training composition.

  • Please note he's doing them incorrectly. Stride length should be double his, so that your knees form 90-degree angles when bent. The point, therefore, of putting your hands behind your head is to strengthen posture, rather than to carelessly hunch your vertebrae over and squat your legs at a foot-wide distance apart, as he's doing.

  • GODDDD he sucks, as he says your knee shouldnt b ahead of your foot, he puts it ahead of his foot? that is the saddest looking lung I have ever seen

  • haha. 0:33.

    perpendicular? to what?

maybe someone meant parallel to the other foot?

    hmm?

  • boner!

  • haha
