This is the song of a god

@justa16thnote Forget the voice acting. And forget the 3D graphics. Give me a retranslated HD remastered FF6. That way maybe they can't mess it up

Of all the games I have I played. Of all the RPGs I have beaten and all the heartache I have seen...
Lenneth and Lucian from Valkyrie Profile
Arc and Kukuru from Arc the Lad
Galuf's fight with ExDeath in Final Fantasy V
And numerous other games.
This one still hits the hardest. Every time I hear it, it brings a tear to my eye as I remember the most heart wrenching story I have ever seen in a video game, and the music that conveyed all of the emotion.

best theme ever of the super nes...my god this song......it's so perfect !!!

@Famicomnoobation agree with you. Most of the best RPGs were originally made for the SNES: FFIV, FFV, FFVI, Tales of Phantasia, Zelda: Link to the Past, Terranigma, Chrono Trigger, ...

If you listen carefully, you can actually discover that Locke's theme is a slightly more energetic and upbeat mix of this. It really gives the song a whole new meaning.

I'm getting chills

>.> There is no doubt in my mind that your list kinda sucks just because Cry in Sorrow is one of the saddest songs in Video Game History.

This game is fine the way it is. It does'nt need 3D, or the most modern day technology to make it great when it already is.

Just more proof that Square Enix needs to make FFVI a 3D console game with voice acting, remastered music, and HD graphics.
