Captain and Tennille - Broddy Bounce

This quirky instrumental was used as the B Side to the "Way I Want to Touch You" single. It also features a drum solo from Hal Blaine, the drummer they used for their album sessions. The Captain and Tennille were Daryl Dragon (The Captain) and Toni Tennille. They also had hits with "Shop Around" and "Love Will Keep us Together". This song was written about, and for, one of their bulldogs named "Broddy". That should explain the song a little bit.

Thanks for posting. I haven't heard this song since I was a kid while mom would drive us kids to the swimming pool. We had this album on an eight track. Good memories.
