The original song is from the Hollies and appeared on the album -For Certain Because- in 1966.
It was the fifth UK album by The Hollies and the first Hollies album in which all the songs were written by members Allan Clarke, Graham Nash, and Tony Hicks.
Late American Singer/song writer -Dan Fogelberg- did it with Tim Weisberg doing the essential flute parts- from the album -Twin Sons of Different Mothers- in 1978.

  • @SpotterOz I have the CD:)...send me a message and I burn it for you :)

  • @Magicohen Me too... soon c];{D

Oh the tune I was looking for is The Power of Gold. My bad.

  • In the hands of the Hollies, this was a rather innocuous song. Fogelberg took it and turned it into a first-class ROCKER. Weisberg's flute over top is brilliant, to boot.

    Dial THIS one UP!!!!
