@astruthkoko: there should be an item that will 'discipline the monster' (or something like that), so during the weekend go to the town that sells that item...

...well it's been too long since I last played MR4, so I don't remember which town and what item specifically.

First off, yes I know Tiger is a Wolf, you think I didn't notice that 8 years ago lol? Second, I don't remember where I got the Tiger; as far as I remember I think I was able to find a CD containing a Tiger x Anything, and just proceeded to combine using it to get a Tiger x Tiger one.

@zarzian11: Go out and buy some Vitamin... or whatever food it was that was supposedly for diets, and feed it to him. As for breeder rank... errr, I'm pretty sure it was different here in MR4, but it's been a while since I played so I don't remember anymore... I apologize! But I do remember it either involving adventures or multiple tournaments... it's probably about adventures or something? Errr, just check a walkthrough for info OTL it's been a while since I last played

@BernardBluth Oh I was wondering which other games you could get the Pheonix from. I got mine from Twisted Metal 4.

@Soragan They have to be gotten from disks and are really rare. The feather just means that the disks are no longer blocked. I got one from a Final Fantasy 4 disk.

@nothardable combining 2 monsters of the same main breed tends to allow you to make a pure monster of said breed.

For everyone asking how he got the Phoenix, it's able to be obtained a few weeks after you beat the game. You'll know because you get an event showing the Phoenix's feather in your backpack after you beat the game. I have the feather but I have no idea how the hell to make him appear. I try to appraise at the shrine but I get the usual "you don't have any fucking saucer stones, idiot" response from Cesare. Currently looking into it.

I'm having trouble. I can't seem to make my monsters strong enough to beat Rank S. I've tried adventuring in the + areas to get better equipment, but I keep losing to the high-level monsters. Also, what can I do to make sure my monsters live longer?

@nothardable Combine two Tigers with different sub-breeds. It doesn't matter which ones you use.

Ex: Tiger/Madillo + Tiger/Zan = Tiger/Tiger
